UPDATED – Amendments to NYMEX and COMEX Product Titles

As previously announced in Special Executive Report (SER) 6427, dated October 10, 2012, please be reminded that, during the week of October 15, 2012, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX) and the Commodity Exchange, Inc. (COMEX, and collectively, the Exchanges) will amend their product titles in order to, among other administrative things, remove the word "swap" from the titles of the Exchanges' futures and option contracts.
